Thank you as always to Dave Jones who comes along so regularly. As the lone volunteer last Friday, his help was - as always - appreciated.

Due to lack of numbers the plan for last Friday changed - instead we power washed the changing room showers.

Tomorrow's Friday Club was going to be cancelled due to a hospital appointment, however this has been postponed by a day - so it's back on! We hope to be freshening up the corridors to the toilets with paint.

As always, there is no weekly commitment necessary for the Friday Club - just come along if you can spare the time, and do your bit for club volunteering.

If you can't make it this week, the Friday Club is on next Friday 8th November for more ... fun!
